Longdale House is a recently refurbished, bright & spacious, 3 bedroom home from home, located within a short drive from Chester City Centre, the beautiful Chester Racecourse & award winning Chester Zoo.

With up to 5 separate beds, sleeping up to 5 guests, this house is perfect for a family, group of friends, or for a team of colleagues working in Chester.

There is room for one vehicle on our driveway, & plenty of free roadside parking.

All hotel quality bedlinen & towels provided.

The space

The house comprises of 3 first floor bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with shower over bathtub), a desk area for working from home, a modern fully fitted kitchen with dining area and washing machine, and a separate lounge area.

The kitchen/diner has French doors to a paved rear patio area.

Kitchen & Dining Area
Our kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven and washing machine. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates are all provided in the kitchen. The dining area has dining table and chairs for when eating in, or is a bright area for working from home.

Please note this property has a ‘Ring’ video doorbell at the front of the house for safety and security of the property and vehicle parked on the driveway. there is also a ‘Minut’ safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume in decibels)
